Philippines - Chemical Control Order (CCO) for Cadmium and Cadmium Compounds

​The Department of Environment and Natural Resources has issued the Chemical Control Order (CCO) for Cadmium and Cadmium Compounds.
Please note that all issuances of PCL or PCL exemption for Cadmium and Cadmium Compounds are also covered under this, and the companies affected will need to apply for CCO Registration.

This Order covers the following:
3.1.1. Importers
3 .1.2. Distributors
3.1.3. Manufacturers, processors, and industrial users
3.1.4. Transporters
3.1.5. Treatment, Storage and Disposal (TSD) Facilities
3.1.6. Laboratory Facilities

The Order will take effect fifteen days after publication in a newspaper of general circulation and upon acknowledgment of receipt of a copy thereof by the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR).
