Peru - Draft Technical Regulation on Automatic Switches Against Overcurrents for Domestic, Commercial and Similar Installations

​On September 17, 2026, the Peru Ministry of Production, together with ​Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism,​ notified WTO about a draft Technical Regulation on Automatic Switches Against Overcurrents for Domestic, Commercial and Similar Installations. The draft technical regulation aims to establish the technical safety and labeling specifications applicable to low-voltage circuit breakers intended for overcurrent protection in residential, commercial, and similar installations, covering the production, importation, and marketing stages.

Deadline for submitting comments is November 16, 2026.​
