Peru - Draft Supreme Decree Amending the National Vehicle Regulations, Approved by Supreme Decree No. 058-2003-MTC

​The purpose of this draft Supreme Decree is to amend the National Vehicle Regulations, approved by Supreme Decree No. 058-2003-MTC, in order to update the technical safety and quality requirements and characteristics for vehicles entering, registering, circulating and/or operating in Peru, in accordance with automotive technological advances; in addition to complementing in detail the provisions on vehicle classification, definitions, technical vehicle requirements and registrable vehicle characteristics, allowing for a better understanding, comprehension and application of the National Vehicle Regulations.​
