Peru - Draft Regulation for Sanitary Registration of Articles for Babies

​The Ministry of Health of Peru published the Ministerial Resolution No 739-2019/MINSA to set forth the regulatory provisions for Law No. 29459 (Law on pharmaceutical products, medical devices and sanitary products) on articles for babies.

The draft regulation will be published for general public consultations for 60 calendar days and comments will be received in the address webmaster@minsa.gob.pe

The DIGEMID (General Directorate of Medicines, Supplies and Drugs) under the Ministry of Health will be responsible to collect, process and publish the comments and also compile the final regulation version.
