Paraguay - Public Consultation: Draft Terms and Conditions for the Tender for the Granting of a License for the Provision of Cellular Mobile Telephone Services and Internet Access and Data Transmission in the 2,300 Mhz and 3,500 Mhz Frequency Bands

​The National Telecommunications Commission (CONATEL), by order of Board Resolution No. 790/2026, puts into Public Consultation on its institutional, the draft of the Terms and Conditions of the Tender for the granting of a License for the provision of Mobile Cellular Telephone and Internet Access and Data Transmission Services in the 2,300 MHz and 3,500 MHz frequency bands, and the obligations for its operation and exploitation.
