Paraguay - Board Resolution No. 1035/2025 CONATEL Authorizes 6 GHz Band for Wi-Fi 6E

​The Comisión Nacional de Telecomunicaciones (CONATEL) of Paraguay published Board Resolution No. 1035/2025 on April 23, 2025, authorizing the use of the 5925-6425 MHz band for low-power wireless access systems. 

However, the 6 GHz sub-band (6425-7125 MHz) is prohibited, and all Wi-Fi 6E devices in Paraguay must have this sub-band disabled. 

Manufacturers and importers interested in including the Wi-Fi 6E feature in the certificates of already approved products may request a partial modification of their current certificates.
