Moldova - Approved List of Harmonized Standards on RoHS and Nickel Release
On 23 Jan 2026, Moldova Ministry of Environment published Order No. 6 of 15-01-2026 on the Official Gazette regarding the approval of:
1.1. List of Moldovan standard adopting European standard to the Technical Regulation on the Restriction of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment, according to Annex no. 1, which will enter into force on 10.10.2026.

1.2. List of Moldovan standards adopting harmonized European standards for nickel release, according to Annex no. 2, which will enter into force on 23.01.2027.
- SM EN 1811:2023 (EN 1811:2023)
- SM EN 12472:2021 (EN 12472:2020)
- SM EN 16128:2017 (EN 16128:2015)
