The main objective of the draft is to establish the technical specifications of mobile terminal equipment using the radio spectrum or to be connected to telecommunication networks, in case of the receipt of alert messages for the notification of risk or emergency situations through the cellular broadcasting service; as well as the test methods to demonstrate compliance with those specifications.
