MERCOSUR - Technical Regulation RES No. 19/21 Amendment on RES No. 02/12 Positive List of Monomers and Other Substances for Use in Plastic Food Contacting Articles

​MERCOSUR Resolution No. 19/21 was approved on October 13, 2021, amending Resolution No. 02/12 on positive list of monomers and other substances for use in plastic food contacting articles.

The amendments include:

- Item 4 of Annex is replaced

- Item 12 of Annex is added

- Part I of Annex lists additional substances on the positive list

- Part V of Annex adds on another substance in the 'Authorized list of polymers'

Member States shall incorporate this Resolution before April 11, 2022.
