Mercosur - Resolution No.16/20_Technical Regulation on Provisions for Metallic Packaging and Equipment in Contact with Foodstuffs

​Mercosur/GMC/RES No. 16/20 was recently published.

This is the amendment of Mercosur Resolution GMC No. 46/06 on provisions for metallic packaging, lining, utensils, lids, and equipment that are in contact with foodstuffs.

This Resolution must be incorporated into the national legislation of the Member Countries before June 15, 2021.
