Malaysia - MCMC Releases Class Assignment No. 2 of 2025

​The updated regulation - Class Assignment No. 2 of 2025, is published by Malaysia MCMC, which took effect on June 24, 2025, replacing the previous Class Assignment No. 1 of 2025. Newly added the "International Mobile Telecommunications Private Network Wireless Access Device" category.

Class assignment confers rights on any person to use the frequency (ies) for a list of devices. The usage of devices under class assignment is subject to conditions provided in the class assignment issued under section 169 of CMA. No fee shall be payable for class assignment. A class assignment is valid until it is cancelled by MCMC.​
