Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (SASO) - Draft of Standard Applicable to School Buses for Rear Crash (Test Using Moving Barrier)

​​On October 20, 2020, the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) released the final draft of standard for roof strength of buses.

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the integrity of school buses fuel system by rear crash test using the moving barrier.
This standard applies to school buses with gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) greater than 4500 kg.
