Kenya - Public Notice on Product Registration

​Pursuant to the publication of Legal Notice Number 212 of December 18, 2020, the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) notified all importers and the general public that they have started the registration of low risk imported products on the basis of certification recognized by KEBS. All registered products will be subjected to destination inspection at the importer’s expense at the rate that would be applicable if inspection had been undertaken in the exporting country by an inspection body appointed by KEBS.
