Japan - Partial Revision to the Electrical Appliances and Apparatus Quality Labeling Regulation

The proposed partial revision of the Electrical Appliances and Apparatus Quality Labeling Regulation includes following major changes:

(1) To change the target television receivers on which classification names and receiver size are to be labeled.

(2) To change how to measure annual electricity consumption.

(3) To change labeling class of classification names.

 

Proposed date of adoption: To be determined

Proposed date of entry into force: This revision is to be published in the Official Government Gazette "KANPO" when adopted.

Final date for comments: November 22, 2021 ​
