Italy - Decree November 25, 2022, n. 208, Amendment of Ministerial Decree March 21, 1973 on Stainless Steel
Recently there was an amendment on Italian Ministerial Decree of March 21, 1973 - hygienic requirements for packaging, containers and utensils intended to come into contact with food, under the Decree November 25, 2022, n. 208, which was published in the Official Gazette, on January 19, 2023.
The amendment is specifically for stainless steel and it updated the list of stainless steel that can be used in contact with food, in Part A and B of the Decree.
