Summary of Revision: The requirement to add the mark of "the manufacturer's name and foreign address in English letters" appearing in sub-section 8.1.1 of the Mandatory Standard,  SI  5115  part  3,  dealing  with  diaper  changing  units  for  public  use,  shall  be declared voluntary. This declaration aims to remove unnecessary obstacles to trade and lower trade barriers.
