Israel - Revision of SI 1505 Part 1, on Drinking Water Treatment Systems

​The revision of the Mandatory Standard SI 1505 part 1, dealing with drinking water treatment systems, except reverse osmosis systems, was published in the Israel Official Gazette, Section of Government Notices, no. 12125 and entered into force on December 15, 2025.

The old and revised standards will apply together from the date of entry into force until June 15, 2027. During this transition period, products may be tested according to either standard.​
