Indonesia - Format Change of the Declaration of Conformity for Telecom Certificate

​​This Circular Letter was issued by the Director of Digital Infrastructure Services, and set in Jakarta on July 15, 2025.

This format change aims to increase efficiency and speed up the certification evaluation process. Therefore, all certification applications submitted starting August 1, 2025 must use the new format of the Declaration of Conformity as stated in Appendix I of this circular. Meanwhile, applications submitted after August 31, 2025 without using the new format will be rejected.​
