Indonesia - Amendment of Ozone Depleting Substances & HFC Import Regulations

The Indonesian Ministry of Environment has published the “Regulation No. 25/2025 on Procedures for Issuing Recommendations for Import Permits of Ozone Depleting Substances and Hydrofluorocarbons”, which came into force on December 11, 2025, repeals the previous Regulation No.7/2024. The regulation has amended the prohibited uses of HFCs.
