India - Amendment Notification - Extension of mandatory certification date for 05 products (ERs) notified under Phase-III, IV & V of MTCTE-reg
India Department of Telecommunications Engineering Centre announces amendment Notification on Extension of mandatory certification date for 05 products (ERs) notified under Phase-III, IV & V of MTCTE-reg.
In partial modification to this office Notification No. 5-2/2021-TC/TEC/192 dated 01.04.2024, 5-2/2021-TC/TEC/165 dated 23.06.2023 and 5-2/2021-TC/TEC dated 24.04.2024 w.r.t. Testing and Certification of telecom & networking equipment notified under Phase-III, IV & V of MTCTE regime, the following amendments are hereby notified with immediate effect:
a) Date of mandatory certification of following 05 products (ERs) notified under MTCTE Phase-III, IV & V has been extended as mentioned below:

| 5 | IP Terminal | Phase V | Oct. 01, 2024 |
b) The last date for acceptance of test reports issued by labs accredited by International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) signatories from non-border sharing countries has been extended by two months for the technical parameters of following 05 products notified under Phase-III, IV & V:
