​Decree of August 5, 2020, on rubber materials and objects intended to come in contact with foodstuffs and pacifiers for infants and young children, replaces and repeals the decree of November 9, 1994.

This decree updates the lists of authorized constituents in rubber materials and objects intended to come in contact with foodstuffs and pacifiers for infants and young children, as well as the restrictions and specifications applicable to these constituents. It clarifies and updates certain rules for verifying the conformity of rubber materials and articles.
