EU - Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2026/1279 on Harmonized Standards for Personal Protective Equipment

The European Commission published on the Official Journal the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2026/1279 on harmonized standards for personal protective equipment, on June 16, 2026. This Decision went into force on the same day.

Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/941 is thereby repealed. However, it shall continue to apply in respect of the references to harmonized standards listed in Annex II to this Decision until the dates of withdrawal.
