EU - Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/339 of February 16, 2026 Repealing Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/30

​Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/339 repeals Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/30, which had made certain cybersecurity-related essential requirements under the Radio Equipment Directive applicable to specific categories of radio equipment.

The repeal is intended to avoid overlap with the horizontal cybersecurity framework under Regulation (EU) 2024/2847, the Cyber Resilience Act, which will apply in full from December 11, 2027.​​
