Taking into account the opinion of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), it is appropriate to approve Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium extract from open and mature flowers of Tanacetum cinerariifolium obtained with supercritical carbon dioxide as an active substance for use in biocidal products of product-type 19 subject to compliance with certain conditions.

EU - Approving Chrysanthemum Cinerariaefolium as an Active Substance for use in Certain Biocidal Products
Chrysanthemum cinerariaefolium extract from open and mature flowers of Tanacetum cinerariifolium obtained with supercritical carbon dioxide has been evaluated for use in biocidal products of product-type 19 (repellents and attractants), as described in Annex V to the Biocidal Products Regulation (BPR).
