Ecuador - Technical Regulation RTE INEN 185 "Rotary Dental Instruments. Diamond Instruments" - Repealed
The Ministry of Production, Foreign Trade, Investments and Fisheries of Ecuador published the Resolution 19095 on December 13, 2019, repealing the Technical Regulation RTE INEN 185 "Rotary dental instruments. Diamond instruments".
The repeal of RTE INEN 185 is justified due to non-compliance with WTO requirements for issuing local Technical Regulations.
