EAEU - Draft Amendment to TR EAEU 037/2016 Technical Regulation on RoHS

​EAEU (Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan) proposed "Draft Amendment to TR EAEU 037/2016 Technical Regulation on RoHS".

The key amendments are:

1. Expand four regulated chemicals: diethylhexyl phthalate, butylbenzyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate, diizobutyl phthalate.

2. Add concepts of WEEE and corresponding labeling requirements: crossed-out wheeled bin logo.

The draft amendment will be reciving public comments from November 19, 2021 until January 20, 2022.
