Colombia - Resolution No. 40285, of June 23, 2026, Amending the Technical Regulation on Rational Energy-Use Labeling for Certain Types of Electrical and Gas End-Use Equipment, for Marketing and Use in Colombia

The update follows the findings of the ex-post evaluation of the Regulation, which identified the need to review the reference technical standards, conformity assessment requirements, energy efficiency ranges, sampling criteria for testing and the scope of the regulated products.
