Colombia - Resolution No. 000028 of 2026 - Amendment of the Resolution 105 of 2020 and update of the National Frequency Allocation Table (CNABF)

​The National Spectrum Agency (ANE) of Colombia has issued Resolution 000028 of 2026 to update the National Frequency Allocation Table (CNABF), specifically targeting the optimization of the 900 MHz band. 

This amendment allows the band to support a wider range of radiocommunication services beyond its previous reservation for International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT) to improve connectivity in remote and vulnerable areas. 

By diversifying the use of this spectrum, the resolution aims to close the digital divide and promote social welfare through efficient resource management and increased competition.​
