China - Notice on Strengthening the Admission, Recall, and Software Over-the-Air Upgrade Management of Intelligent Connected Vehicles

​O​n February 28, 2025, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) and the State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) have jointly published the Notice on Strengthening the Admission, Recall, and Software Over-the-Air Upgrade Management of Intelligent Connected Vehicles, to further enhance safety management in this field, ​and it will be effective immediately. ​
