China - New CCC Implementation Rules for Power Bank, Lithium Ion Cells and Batteries
The new Implementation Rules for Compulsory Certification of Power bank, lithium batteries and cells (CNCA-C09-02：2025) were implemented since August 15, 2025. In the meantime, the implementation rules for compulsory certification of electronic products and safety accessories (CNCA-C09-01：2023) will no longer applicable to these product groups.
