​This amendment is a supplement to the fourth phase of GB 20891-2014 "Limits and Measurement Methods for Exhaust Pollutants from Diesel Engines of Non-Road Mobile Machinery (CHINA III, IV)". It applies to the type approval test, inspection on conformity of production, inspection on emission compliance, and in- service conformity inspection to the non-road mobile machinery and their diesel engines.
