China - Exemption List for the Restriction of Hazardous Substances of the RoHS Compliance Management Catalogue (2025 Edition)

​The draft Exemption List reflects changes based on new international environmental treaties such as the Minamata Convention, revising related exemption provisions accordingly.

This catalogue includes 33 kinds of products totally. It provides the scope, definition and the applicable scope description for each product.In cases where it is  technically or economically unfeasible, an exception list for application has been compiled.
