China - Draft National Food Safety Standard-Silicone Rubber Materials and Products for Food Contact

​Recently China National Health Commission (NHC) notified WTO regarding a draft national food safety standard - Silicone Rubber Materials and Products for Food Contact.​

This standard specifies the scope, terms and definitions, basic requirements, raw material requirements, sensory requirements, physical and chemical indicators, other technical requirements, migration tests and labelling requirements for silicone rubber materials and products intended to come into contact with food.
