Chile - Proposed Amendment of Decree No. 102, of 2019, of the Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications

The Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications has considered it necessary to amend Decree No. 102, of 2019, of the Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications, in the sense of:

Incorporates new certification of cycles with auxiliary electric motor, along with the certification of their batteries. 

It provides for the validity of international norms. 

It incorporates new certification alternatives for helmets, associated with sports and electric vehicle uses.
