Chile (MTT) - Safety Features Applicable to Motor Vehicles and Light Passenger and Commercial Vehicles

In December 2021, the Ministry of Transport and Telecommunications (MTT) amended the (1) Supreme Decree 26 of 2000 on safety features applicable to motor vehicles and light passenger and commercial vehicles and (2) Resolution 48 of 2000 that cites the safety features applicable to motor vehicles and light passenger and commercial vehicles.
