Chile - Electric Vehicles´ Chargers Installation in Homes, Public Roads, Buildings, etc..
On December 17, 2020, the Electricity and Fuel Board (SEC), under the Ministry of Energy, released Resolution "Exenta" the proposed rule establishing a regime for the authorization of products used in the infrastructure for the recharging of electric vehicles.
As of April 15, 2021, must have prior authorization from the Superintendence of Electricity and Fuels while the respective protocols do not apply, according to the requirements contained in the file attached (see link) that must be submitted.
