​Radio Standards Specification RSS-195, issue 3, Wireless Communication Service Equipment Operating in the Bands 2305-2320 MHz and 2345-2360 MHz, replaces RSS‑195, issue 2, Wireless Communication Service Equipment Operating in the Bands 2305-2320 MHz and 2345-2360 MHz, dated April 24, 2014.​​

The following are the main changes:

- added maximum transmitter power requirements for fixed station, base station and subscriber equipment in table 2,

- added the 2305-2320 MHz and 2345-2360 MHz band plan in table 1,

- added definitions to clarify the terms used,

- modernized to reflect the current Radio Standards Specification structure,

- made editorial changes and clarifications, as appropriate.
