Canada - Published Revision of Radio Standards Specification on Flexible Use Broadband Equipment Operating in the Band 3450-3650 MHz

​Canada Department of Innovation, Science and Economic Development published Revision of Radio Standards Specification (RRS-192 Issue 4) on Flexible Use Broadband Equipment Operating in the Band 3450-3650 MHz in May of 2020. However, a transition period of six (6) months following its publication will be provided, within which certification under RSS-192, issue 4, or issue 3 will be accepted. After this period, only applications for certification of equipment under RSS-192, issue 4, will be accepted and equipment manufactured, imported, distributed, leased, offered for sale, or sold in Canada, shall comply with this present issue.
