Canada - Consultation on RSS-247, Issue 4

Ministry of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada has amended the following standard: 

RSS-247, issue 4, Digital Transmission Systems, Frequency Hopping Systems and License-Exempt Local Area Network Devices in 902-928 MHz, 2400-2483.5 MHz, 5150-5350 MHz, and 5470-5895 MHz bands, sets out the requirements for the certification of frequency hopping systems (FHS), digital transmission systems (DTS) and combination (hybrid) systems operating in the bands 902-928 MHz, 2400-2483.5 MHz and 5725-5850 MHz. 

Additionally, this RSS also includes license-exempt local area network (LE-LAN) and DTS devices operating in the bands 5150-5250 MHz, 5250-5350 MHz, 5470-5725 MHz, 5725-5850 MHz, and 5850-5895 MHz.
