Summary of the consultation:

It is necessary to update the minimum energy efficiency indexes for air conditioners, in view of the regulatory improvement made by Inmetro to the Brazilian Labelling Program (PBE), established by Inmetro Ordinance 269/2021, which defined a new classification of energy efficiency and a new performance testing methodology, based on the ISO 16358-1 standard.
