Proposal for the establishment of technical requirements for the certification and licensing of TV 3.0 (second-generation digital terrestrial television) transmitters and retransmitters in Brazil. 

The regulation ensures these devices comply with international ATSC 3.0 standards while meeting national criteria for electromagnetic compatibility, electrical safety, and radiofrequency use. 

Once enacted, it will replace previous guidelines to streamline the implementation of advanced digital broadcasting services nationwide.​
