National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology (INMETRO), approves the Consolidated Regulation for Lamps and Luminaires with LED (Light Emitting Diode) Technology, in the form of the Technical Quality Regulation, the Conformity Assessment Requirements and the Specifications for the Conformity Identification Seal, in the form of the National Energy Conservation Label (ENCE), respectively, in Annexes I, II and III of this Ordinance.
