Brazil - Draft Resolution No.1110 Published by ANVISA for Public Consultation

​The Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency (ANVISA) notified WTO on Sep 2, 2022, regarding the proposal for inclusion of the active ingredient A69: Mexican Argemone on the Monograh List of Active Ingredients for Pesticides, Household Cleaning Products and Wood Preservers, published by Normative Instruction number 103 - October 19, 2021 on the Brazilian Official Gazette (DOU - Diário Oficial da União).

From the date of publication of this Public Consultation, a period of 60 (sixty) days is open for the submission of criticisms and suggestions.​
