Brazil - Consolidation of Mercosur Technical Regulation for Bicycles of Children
National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology - Inmetro, issued Ordinance no. 424, October 13, 2021 that consolidates Mercosur Technical Regulation for Children's Bicycles.
The aim of the consolidation of the regulation is to attend decree no. 10.139 of November 28, 2020.
Inmetro Ordinance no. 424 revokes the following acts on the effective date of adoption:
- Inmetro Ordinance no. 38 of February 21, 2005, published in the Official Gazette of February 23, 2005, section 1, page 101; and
- Inmetro Ordinance no. 125 of May 16, 2006, published in the Official Gazette of May 18, 2006, section 1, pages 41 to 42.
The aim of the consolidation of the regulation is to attend decree no. 10.139 of November 28, 2020.
Inmetro Ordinance no. 424 revokes the following acts on the effective date of adoption:
- Inmetro Ordinance no. 38 of February 21, 2005, published in the Official Gazette of February 23, 2005, section 1, page 101; and
- Inmetro Ordinance no. 125 of May 16, 2006, published in the Official Gazette of May 18, 2006, section 1, pages 41 to 42.
