Brazil - Anatel Draft Proposal for Updating the Telecommunications Products Reference List

​The Anatel (Brazilian National Telecommunication Agency) published the Public Consultation No 30 with a proposal for updating the Telecommunications Products Reference List, replacing the Telecommunications Products Scope List by Family, to enable the definition of the modalities and models for assessing the conformity of telecommunications products, in line with the provisions contained in Articles 31, 32 and 33 of the Regulations for Conformity Assessment and Homologation of Products for Telecommunications, approved by Resolution No. 715/2019.
The Telecommunications Product Reference List is a type of technical requirement that classifies products into families and describes the modality and conformity assessment model applicable to each type or family of products.

It is open for public comments and suggestions until May 21st 2020.
