Brazil - Act No 5314, April 14, 2026
The National Telecommunications Agency (ANATEL) published Act No. 5314 of April 14, 2026, which establishes the technical requirements and test procedures for the conformity assessment of lithium batteries for stationary applications.
This Act enters into force on October 12, 2026.
