Bahrain - Draft Ministerial Order Regarding Banning Single-use Plastic Bags with Thickness Less than 35 Microns

​The purpose of this Ministerial Order is to ban single-use plastic bags with thickness less than 35 microns in the Bahraini market, with exempting bags used for medical purposes and bags manufactured to be exported from the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Proposed date of entry into force: Generally six months after publication in the Official Gazette
