Australia - Proposal to Remake TLN and 8 Telecommunication Standards

​The Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) is consulting on a proposal to remake the Telecommunications (Labeling Notice for Customer Equipment and Customer Cabling) Instrument 2015 (the TLN) and 8 telecommunications technical standards that are due to sunset on April 1, 2025.

Stakeholders are invited to provide comments to the ACMA on the proposal to remake the TLN, 7 technical standards and the Disability Standard, and the specific questions raised in the consultation paper, by December 20, 2024.​​​
