Australia - Consultation for Draft Radiocommunications (Radio-controlled Models) Class Licence 2025

According to Australia ACMA, the RCM Class Licence 2015 is going to sunset by October 1, 2025​. therefore ACMA proposes to remake it in a new instrument before its sunset date, with following  ​proposed changes:

- Improving definitions and cross-references

- Clarifying frequency ranges and EIRP limits

- Complying with standards, equipment rules and EME exposure limits

- Setting the commencement date

- Making consequential changes to the Equipment Rules
