Argentina - Regulatory Framework Establishing the Basic Quality and Safety Principles and Requirements Applicable to Equipment Working Under Pressure, whether Fire-Heated or Non-Fire-Heated

​The resolution 347/2018 published in October 22nd 2018 of the Ministry of Production and Labor is the Regulatory framework establishing the basic quality and safety principles and requirements applicable to equipment working under pressure, whether fire-heated or non-fire-heated. It will establish specific technical regulations and conformity assessment procedures for each product in the relevant category, provided that such products have the characteristics required, based on the guidelines set out in this regulatory framework.
Domestic manufacturers and importers of the products covered by the regulation will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the technical requirements and conformity assessment procedures established, and those to be established by the specific regulations.
